Delivery Policy

Delivery is FREE on orders of £100 or above for most of the UK, any additional charges will be calculated once you have entered your address.

Delivery charges for UK Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands may cost a little extra and take a little longer, the cost can be calculated at checkout

For your convenience you can choose any delivery address, be it at work, home, a neighbour or somewhere else. All we ask is that your billing address matches your card or Paypal account.

If you are not around when the courier attempts delivery, then they will leave a card informing they have called. You will then have to contact them to re-arrange.

In most cases, delivery will be Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm. If we dispatch your parcel using Royal Mail, a Saturday delivery may also be attempted.

Large Items over 65kg will be delivered locally by our drivers or can be collected from our Sevenoaks branch.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although most parcels will arrive within 1-2 days. Items ordered from the manufacturer can take longer, we will try to keep you informed if there are delays.

Should you need to return your item that has been delivered as ordered this will be down to you, any damaged goods please send a photograph attached to an email before returning.

PLEASE NOTE – you will be responsible for any import charges or customs duty charges that may be imposed by your country.
